Cathy was born in Worcester, Massachusetts, and grew up in central Maine surrounded by the thirteen lakes of Lincoln. She began her real estate career while assisting in closings for an attorney's real estate offices. Upon her move to Florida with her husband and daughter in 1998, Cathy began working as an executive assistant for the developer of the golf communities of Grand Haven and Ocean Hammock. After working as the Rental Manager for Palm Coast Real Estate Services for two years, Cathy decided to use her customer service skills and knowledge of real estate to help clients find properties, new homes and resales, that allow them to enjoy all that Florida has to offer.
