When Joe moved to Palm Coast in 1984, he established The Meeting Place, restaurant; a highly sought after, hot dining spot that was frequented by many of Palm Coast's residents and high profile professionals and buiilders. Through the years, Joe established relationships with these folks and in 1996, became a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Palm Coast.
