The Conservatory at Hammock Beach
Currently under development, The Conservatory will be a private golf community located in close proximity to Hammock Beach Resort. The 340 homesites that will be found at The Conservatory will reflect the Spanish Renaissance style found throughout North Florida’s coastal towns such as St. Augustine. Homesites will offer breathtaking views of the golf course and nature preserve.
The pinnacle of recreation will be the 18-hole, woodlands-style golf course designed by Tom Watson. The course routing will enjoy a natural flow and will be surrounded by mature trees, offering a pure golf experience. The focal point of the community will be the one-of-a-kind Clubhouse complete with a nature conservatory. The conservatory will be encased in glass and will feature a variety of exotic plant life. Homeowners at The Conservatory will have access (with Membership) to Hammock Beach Resort's multitude of amenities, including the spa and fitness center, nine-hole putting course, multi-million-dollar swim pavilion and restaurants.
